Over the years our facility has grown both physically and mentally, and with that growth our values have changed! These values are what our coaches strive to teach your children the most. Skills are great, but RVC is more than cheerleading. We are a home away from home hoping to help teach lessons that will stay with them throughout their lives after cheer! So, what do they mean? M: Motivate – as an athlete you must learn how to no only be self motivated but also how to encourage and motivate your teammates in order to be successful! A: All Things Matter – no matter how little or how big the accomplishment may be, it matters! You must successfully understand beginner skills in order to achieve advanced skills! So that forward roll is a BIG deal!! G: Goal Oriented – It is sooooo important to have both big and small goals! And here, we are going to help reach those by celebrating them all and helping guide you along the way! I: Inspire by Leading – Leadership roles are important here at RVC. We encourage athletes to be leaders by leading by example, helping their teammates and showing goods sportsmanship during competition days! When we lead we inspire others to do the same! C: Character is Key – Being a good cheerleader or tumbler is great, but being a good friend, family member, and teammate is really what we strive for!!

RVC academy started out as River Valley Cheer out of Dardanelle, AR. On March 28, 2017, Coach Kandis and Miss Jayci started the first tumbling and cheerleading classes in the Dardanelle Community Center with only 12 students attending. As we grew, our locations have changed and we have managed to grow into our beautiful new location here in Russellville, AR! Today we have over 200+ athletes walk in the gym on a weekly basis and continue to add more members every day!

Our mission has always been to offer a place for athletes to learn so much more than cheerleading or tumbling! RVC Academy is a family owned & operated business and we value our gym families! Our goal is to become a safe haven for athletes, where they will find an abundance amount of love, support and encouragement from not only our coaches and staff, but from their teammates and other families!
