Pre-K Gymnastics
Our Pre-K Gymastics class is designed to introduce young children ages 3-5 years old, to the fundamentals of gymnastics and tumbling in a fun, safe and supportive environment. Students develop hand-eye coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility while learning basic techniques and gymnastics terminology. Through age-appropriate activities and guided play, children build confidence, body awareness and a love for movement at RVC Academy!

Beginner Bound
Beginner Bound is a transition class designed especially for students moving up from our Pre-K Gymnastics program! This class helps young gymnasts build confidence and independence while introducing beginner tumbling skills in a more structured, fun environment! This bridge of skills set your athlete up for success in our Tumbling Academy program! ALL ATHLETES aging out or skilling out of our Pre-K class and new 6 year old athletes, will be required to participate in Beginner Bound for a MINIMUM of 1 month. Athletes must complete our progression chart and student evaluation before moving to our Beginner A class!

Beginner Tumbling A
Our Beginner Tumbling A classes introduce students aged 6-9 years to the basics of tumbling in a fun and structured environment. Athletes learn foundational skills and basic body control while improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence! This class builds a strong foundation for future gymnastics and cheerleading success!

Beginner Tumbling B
Our Beginner Tumbling B classes are designed for older students aged 10 & up who are new to tumbling but prefer a more structured learning environment. Instruction focuses on proper technique, strength, flexibility, and body awareness while introducing foundational tumbling skills. Classes are taught with age-appropriate explanations, goal setting, and drills to help students build confidence and safely progress at their own pace.

Intermediate Tumbling A
Intermediate Tumbling A is designed for students who have mastered Beginner Tumbling skills and are ready for more challenge and responsibility. Instruction focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and technique while introducing more advanced tumbling skills. Students are expected to follow structured class rotations, listen to coaching cues, and demonstrate focus and effort as skills become more complex.

Advanced Tumbling
Advanced tumbling classes will not be split up by ages. This class is for athletes performing at the highest level of tumbling who are ready for intensive training and skill mastery. Intruction focuses on advanced technique, power, fleibility, and combination passes, with an emphasis on precision safety, and consistancy.
